Atkinson Clock Tower, Kota Kinabalu

Atkinson Clock Tower was built in memory of Francis George Atkinson in 1903. He is the popular first District Officer of Jesselton during the British North Borneo Chartered Company Administration. This tower was built from all-wood, no-nails materials. It stands highly on a bluff along Signal Hill Road adjacent to the old Police Station.
